Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (AV) : Very dynamic form of yoga where postures are link by the breathe.

Warning ! The 2h long lesson is for advanced only !

Asana1 (A1) : postures are explained in details and everyone can practice following its rhythm.

Perfect for beginners !

Asana2 (A2) : Mixing a dynamic practice taking time to learn more advanced postures.

To take a further step in postures.

Mysore Style (MS) : Come whenever you want for as long as you want ! This is the traditional practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Mysore (India). Every level is wellcome.
